Telematics - Install
1. Move forward the operator’s seat, unscrew the screws
that fix it to the battery cover, and then remove it.
2. Open the battery cover.

3. Using a drill, perform two holes (A) as shown in the
figure aside.
• a = 102 mm (4.02 in)
• b = 20 mm (0.79 in)
• c = 80 mm (3.15 in)

4. Install the telematics unit (5) using the two washers (3)
and the two bolts M6x30 (2).

Troubleshooting
Condition Solution
No Power Check the fuse.
If no power light is on, check power (both constant power
and switched power must be correct and functioning
between 9 – 32 V).
Be Sure that grounding is solid (when in doubt, use a
solid chassis ground).
GPRS is NOT Solid Red Antenna is installed incorrectly or placed in a poor
reception area (For example, under a metal hood or
headliner). You should be able to see the antenna from
the sky.
Power net work coverage area.
Antenna is defective (replace antenna).
GPRS antenna connector failure (test with ohmmeter).
GPS is NOT Solid Red Current GPS coverage is poor (no Satellite coverage).
Antenna is defective (replace antenna).
Antenna is installed incorrectly or placed in a poor
reception area (For example, under a metal hood or
headliner). You should be able to see the antenna from
the sky.
GPS antenna connector failure (test with ohmmeter).

Drehmomentangaben genannt werden, gelten die Standard-Drehmomentangaben. Die Standard-Drehmomentanga-
ben sind im Wartungshandbuch zu finden oder können bei einem Vertragshändler erfragt werden.
Bitte lesen Sie die Anweisungen vor Beginn der Montage vollständig durch.
Die Angaben rechts, links, vorn und hinten beziehen sich auf die Sicht vom Fahrersitz.
HINWEIS: in der folgenden Tabelle sind die Teile aufgeführt und wie in der Montageanleitung nummeriert.

20. Verlegen Sie den geschlitzten Kabelkanal an der rech-
ten Maschinenseite entlang, wie in der Abbildung 20
gezeigt, und befestigen Sie ihn mit den Halterungen
(9).
21. Führen Sie den geschlitzten Kabelkanal in die Ölbe-
hälterwand, wie in der Abbildung 21 gezeigt, um das
Batteriegehäuse zu erreichen.

22. Schieben Sie den geschlitzten Kabelkanal entlang
des Batteriegehäuses und befestigen Sie ihn mit
Halterungen (9) und Klammern (8).
23. Schließen Sie die Steckverbinder „Phone“ und „GPS“
an die Telematikeinheit an.
24. Montieren Sie die rechte Seitenverkleidung (G) und
befestigen Sie diese mit den Schrauben (F).

OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI PER IL MONTAGGIO
Telematica - Prepara
Registrazione dell'unità telematica
1. Accedere al New Holland FleetForce™ o al CASE
CONSTRUCTION SiteWatch™ utilizzando i link for-
niti nel “Dealer Portal” (Portale Concessionario) alla se-
zione “Service Tab” (Scheda servizi).
2. Nel portale Web, andare alla pagina "Activation" (At-
tivazione) nella sezione "Service Management" (Ge-
stione servizio) del menu "Administration" (Amministra-
zione).
3. Selezionare il numero di serie dell'unità telematica in-
stallata, assegnarla al cliente e completare la proce-
dura di registrazione.
Preparare la macchina
1. Parcheggiare la macchina su una superficie pianeg-
giante.
2. Arrestare il motore.
3. Rimuovere la chiave di avviamento.

Telematica - Prova di avviamento e convalida del montaggio
NOTA: il processo di registrazione deve essere completato prima di convalidare il montaggio. Fare riferimento a
"Registrazione dell'unità telematica" all'inizio di queste istruzioni.
1. Ruotare l'interruttore scollegamento della batteria su
ON.
2. Ruotare la chiave di avviamento in posizione ON e at-
tendere l'avvio del sistema telematico.
3. Controllare i quattro LED sull'unità telematica (1) per
convalidare il montaggio. La sequenza dei colori do-
vrebbe essere:
• (1A) Telefono o connettività - ROSSO (fisso)
• (1B) Traffico CAN — ROSSO (lampeggiante)
• (1C) GPS - ROSSO (fisso)
• (1D) Alimentazione - Verde (fisso)
NOTA: nella pagina seguente sono disponibili ulteriori in-
formazioni sul display a LED.

4. Dopo che la convalida del montaggio è stata comple-
tata ruotare la chiave di avviamento in posizione OFF.
5. Montare tutte le protezioni e i pannelli rimossi durante
la procedura di montaggio.

12. Conecte el mazo de cables (4) a la unidad telemática
(5).
13. Haga pasar el mazo de cables (4) de la siguiente ma-
nera:
• A lo largo del alojamiento de la batería en dirección
al orificio lateral haciéndolo pasar por este último
tal como se muestra en la Figura 12 y en la Figura
13.
• En la parte inferior de la consola derecha hasta
dentro de la caja de la consola derecha tal como
se muestra en la Figura 14.
• Fije el mazo de cables (4) con bridas (8). SMIL16MEX2731AB 12

14. Conecte los cables libres del mazo de cables al adap-
tador del mazo (4) tal como se indica a continuación:
(I) PIN1, color negro.
(II) PIN2, color naranja.
(III) PIN3, color amarillo.
(IV) PIN4, color verde.
(V) PIN8, color blanco.
(VI) PIN12, color rojo.
15. Conecte el adaptador de cableado (4) al conector
CN-125 ubicado en la consola derecha.
