5. Install the hose adapter (10) on the hydraulic oil tank
(*3) and connect the hydraulic hose (11).

6. Set the hose clamp (6) and clamp (7) on the hydraulic
hose (11), and fasten to the bracket (5) with the sems
bolt (8).
Install the bracket (5) on the housing frame (*1) with
2 sems bolts (4).

7. Install the hose adapter (9) on the cab side manifold
(12), then set the O-ring (2) and connect the assem-
bly hose (1/Y1).
Tightening torque:
162 - 198 N·m (1433.8 - 1752.4 lb in).
Set the O-ring (2) on the line (*4) and connect the
assembly hose (1/Y1).
Tightening torque:
162 - 198 N·m (1433.8 - 1752.4 lb in).
Install the hose adapter (9) on the boom side mani-
fold (12), then set the O-ring (2) and connect the as-
sembly hose (1/Y2).
Tightening torque:
162 - 198 N·m (1433.8 - 1752.4 lb in).
Set the O-ring (2) on the line (*5) and connect the
assembly hose (1/Y2).
Tightening torque:
162 - 198 N·m (1433.8 - 1752.4 lb in).
Adjust the hose lengths so that the lengths from the
assembly hose (1/Y1) (1/Y2) ends to the clamp (*6)
are the dimensions shown below.
Hose ID Y1 Dimension L = 1460 mm (57.5 in).
Hose ID Y2 Dimension L = 1500 mm (59 in).
Tie the assembly hoses (1/Y1) (1/Y2) with 2 wire
bands (3).

3. Fasten the wire harness (7) at 5 locations with 1 wire
band (2) each, 1 mount clamp (5) each, and 1 Phillips
pan head screw (6) each.

4. Extend the wire harness (7) to the floor side from
under the cab and connect to the cab main harness
(*11).
Fasten the wire harness (7) with the wire band (2).
Tighten the wire harness (7) together with the frame
main harness (*12).

2. Placez la clé de contact (a) sur OFF (arrêt), vérifiez
que le moteur est bien arrêté, puis placez à nouveau
la clé de contact (a) sur ON (marche). (Ne pas dé-
marrer le moteur.)

3. Evacuez la pression à l'intérieur du circuit.
• Basculez le levier (c) vers l'avant, puis faites pi-
voter le levier de commande de la partie supé-
rieure (b) environ 10 fois pour Ă©vacuer la pres-
sion.
• Actionnez le levier de translation (d) d'avant en
arrière environ 5 fois pour évacuer la pression.

4. Evacuez la pression à l'intérieur du réservoir d'huile
hydraulique.
• Appuyez sur le bouton du reniflard (e) placé sur
le réservoir d'huile hydraulique pour évacuer la
pression à l'intérieur du réservoir.

2. Posez la pièce en T (10) sur l'orifice du collecteur (*2)
T4.
Raccordez l'orifice du distributeur auxiliaire (*1) T et
l'orifice du collecteur (*2) T4 avec l'ensemble flexible
(4/T5).

3. Posez les obturateurs (1) sur les orifices (*1) C2 et
A du distributeur auxiliaire.
Posez le graisseur avec filtre (3) sur l'orifice du dis-
tributeur auxiliaire (*1) P.

4. Posez la pièce en T (10) sur l'orifice du collecteur (*2)
P4.
Raccordez l'orifice du distributeur auxiliaire (*1) P et
l'orifice du collecteur (*2) P4 avec l'ensemble flexible
(4/P5).

1. Die Bodenmatten aus der Kabine entfernen.
2. Montieren Sie das Zusatzsteuergeräte-Ventil (7) im
vorderen rechten Abschnitt des Bodens mit 2 unver-
lierbaren Schrauben (6).
Montieren Sie die Halterung des optionalen rechten
Pedals (9) am Zusatzsteuergeräte-Ventil (7) mit den
2 Innensechskantschrauben (3) und 2 hochfesten
Unterlegscheiben (4).

1. Instale el colector (12) en el soporte (15) con 2 per-
nos Sems (4).
Instalar el soporte (15) en el bastidor de alojamiento
(*1) con 2 pernos SEMS. (4).
Instale el colector (12) en el soporte (16) con 2 per-
nos Sems (4).
Instale el soporte (16) en el bastidor del alojamiento
(*1) con 2 pernos SEMS (4).

2. Instale el codo (13) en el colector lateral de la cabina
(12) y, a continuaciĂłn, coloque la junta tĂłrica (2) y
conecte la manguera hidráulica (14).
Par de apriete:
162 - 198 N·m (1433.8 - 1752.4 lb in).
