4 - ASSEMBLY
13. Install the third spool control valve (1A) with the tie-
rods (1B).
NOTE: Do not move the valves to prevent damage to the
O-rings.
14. Install the cover plate (F) removed earlier.
15. Secure the cover plate (F) with the nuts (1C).

16. Install the adapters (2) into the three spool loader con-
trol valve (1) ports as shown.
17. Install the elbow fitting (3) into the port on the top of
the three spool loader control valve (1) as shown.
18. Install the connector (4) into the port on the bottom of
the three spool loader control valve (1) as shown.

19. Install the three spool loader control valve (1) onto the
support (G) with the bolts (D) removed earlier.
20. Identify and connect the control links (C) onto the three
spool loader control valve (1).

21. Identify and connect the hoses (B2) to its correct ports
on the three spool loader control valve (1).
22. Identify and connect the hoses (B1) to its correct ports
on the three spool loader control valve (1).
23. Identify and connect the hoses (B4) to its correct ports
on the three spool loader control valve (1).
24. Identify and connect the hose (B3) to its correct port
on the three spool loader control valve (1).

4 - MONTAJE
37. Conecte el extremo doblado (14A) del tubo del lado
izquierdo (14) al adaptador (2) de la válvula de control
del cargador de tres correderas (1), tal y como se
muestra.
38. Conecte el extremo doblado (15A) del tubo del lado
derecho (15) al adaptador (2) de la válvula de control
del cargador de tres correderas (1), tal y como se
muestra.
39. Dirija el tubo del lado izquierdo (14) y el tubo del lado
derecho (15) hacia el accesorio del cargador.

40. Retire las conexiones existentes del puerto "M" de la
válvula de control de la retroexcavadora (H).
41. Instale el conector (7) en el puerto "M" de la válvula
de control de la retroexcavadora (H).
42. Instale el racor en T (16) en el conector (7).
43. Conecte el extremo doblado (12B) de la manguera
(12) al racor en T (16).
44. Realice las conexiones con los racores en T (16) que
retirĂł en el paso 40.

45. Retire las conexiones existentes del racor en T (K) de
la bomba de caudal variable (J).
NOTA: El racor en T (K) está instalado en el puerto "L1".
46. Instale el racor en T (16) en el racor en T (K) de la
bomba de caudal variable (J).
47. Conecte el extremo recto (13B) de la manguera (13)
al racor en T (16).
48. Realice las conexiones con los racores en T (16) que
retirĂł en el paso 45.

49. Extraiga los tornillos (L).
50. Guarde los tornillos (L) para utilizarlos posterior-
mente.
51. Desmonte la palanca de mando (M).

57. Brancher le tuyau côté gauche (24) au tuyau côté
gauche (14).
58. Fixer le tuyau côté gauche (24) sur le bras de chargeur
avec le collier (25), la rondelle 8.4 x 22 x 1.5 mm (22)
et la vis M8 x 30 (23).
59. Poser le bouchon (26) dans le tuyau côté gauche (24).

60. Brancher le tuyau côté droit (27) au tuyau côté droit
(15).
61. Fixer le tuyau côté droit (27) sur le bras de chargeur
avec le collier (25), la rondelle 8.4 x 22 x 1.5 mm (22)
et la vis M8 x 30 (23).
62. Poser le bouchon (26) dans le tuyau côté gauche (27).

7. Trennen Sie die elektrische Anlage ab, indem Sie den
Batteriehauptschalter auf OFF (AUS) stellen.
8. Der Batteriehauptschalter (A) befindet sich im Batte-
riefach.
Wenn der Batteriehauptschalter in senkrechter Posi-
tion steht, ist die elektrische Anlage verbunden. Wenn
der Batteriehauptschalter auf 45 ° gekippt ist, ist die
elektrische Anlage getrennt.

9. Bei Maschinen mit mechanischer Steuerung bewegen
Sie die Tieflöffelstellhebel in alle Richtungen, um vor-
handene HydraulikkreislaufdrĂĽcke abzulassen.
FĂĽr Maschinen mit Vorsteuerung:
A. Drehen Sie den ZĂĽndschlĂĽssel in die Stellung
„ON“ („EIN“), und drücken Sie den Vorsteuerungs-
systemschalter am Vorsteuerungsturm. Eine
grĂĽne Leuchte, die die Aktivierung des Vorsteue-
rungssystems anzeigt, muss aufleuchten und
eingeschaltet bleiben.
B. Bewegen Sie die Tieflöffelsteuerhebel in alle Rich-
tungen, um den Druck in allen Hydraulikkreisen
abzubauen.
C. Drehen Sie den Zündschalter in die Stellung „OFF“
(„AUS“).
