1.   Mark off the installation positions.
2.   Weld the plates (1), (2), (9) and (10) to the arm.
     After welding, finish (*1) smoothly with the grinder.
3.   Weld the plate (7) to the left side of the arm and the
     plate (8) to the right side of the arm.
     After welding, finish (*1) smoothly with the grinder.
4.   Weld 2 each of plates (3), (4), (5) and (6) to the arm.
     After welding, finish (*1) smoothly with the grinder.
