2. Install the long elbow (1) on the control valve (*1) Pa2
port.
Connect the reducing valve (14) A2 port and control
valve (*1) Pa2 port with the assembly hose (2/Y14).

3. Install the elbow (9) on the reducing valve (14) T port.
• Tightening torque: 25.4 - 31.4 N·m (18.7 - 23.2 lb ft)

4. Install the tee (18) on the manifold (*2) T5 port.
Connect the reducing valve (14) T port and manifold
(*2) T5 port with the assembly hose (8/T5).

5. Install the stud with filter (10) and elbow (9) on the re-
ducing valve (14) P port.
• Tightening torque: 25.4 - 31.4 N·m (18.7 - 23.2 lb ft)

5. Use the Phillips screwdriver to install the 2 screws (*5)
of the console top cover.

6. Use the Phillips screwdriver to install the handle of the
tilt lever (*4) with 2 screws (*3).

7. Use the Phillips screwdriver or box wrench ( 10 mm)
to install the 2 bolts (*2) for the console top cover and

mit 2 hochfesten Schrauben (7) und 2 hochfesten Un-
terlegscheiben (8).

HINWEIS: (*) Die Menge der Teile variiert in Abhängigkeit
von den Spezifikationen.
1. FĂĽr einen doppelt wirkenden Kreis verbinden Sie den
Kabelbaum (1) mit dem Druckminderventil (*1) (siehe
Diagramm).
• Das Markierungsband (*2) ist ein rotes Band und
(*3) ist ein blaues Band.
Befestigen Sie die 2 Kupplungen am Kabelbaum mit je-
weils 1 Klammer (2) und 1 Schraube mit unverlierbarer
Unterlegscheibe (3).

2. FĂĽr den Trennschalterkreis verbinden Sie den Kabel-
baum (1) mit dem Druckminderventil (*1) (siehe Dia-
gramm).
• Das Markierungsband (*2) ist ein rotes Band und
(*3) ist ein blaues Band.
Befestigen Sie die 2 Kupplungen am Kabelbaum mit je-
weils 1 Klammer (2) und 1 Schraube mit unverlierbarer
Unterlegscheibe (3).

4. Déposer les connecteurs (*6) et le couvercle supérieur
de la console (*7).

5. A l'aide d'un tournevis cruciforme ou d'une clé polygo-
nale de 10 mm, déposer les 5 vis (*8), puis le couvercle
(*9).

6. Relever le soufflet (*10) du levier de commande, dépo-
ser le connecteur (*11) du commutateur de levier, puis
couper le bracelet (*12).

7. Tout en serrant l'écrou (*13) avec une clé ( 22 mm),

3. Posizionare il complessivo tubazione (lato destro) (1) e
il complessivo tubazione (lato sinistro) (2).
Posizionare 1 fascetta stringitubo (11) su ciascun com-
plessivo tubazione (lato destro) (1) e su ciascun com-
plessivo tubazione (lato sinistro) (2) in 2 punti e fissare
ciascun complessivo con 1 bullone tipo Sems (8).
• Fissare una delle fascette stringitubo (11) a
147.50 mm (5.81 in) dall'estremitĂ posteriore del
complessivo tubazione (lato destro) (1) e del com-
plessivo tubazione (lato sinistro) (2).
• Applicare LOCTITE® (9) ai bulloni tipo Sems (8).
Montare 1 flessibile idraulico (3) all'estremitĂ posteriore
di ciascun complessivo tubazione (lato destro) (1) e di
ciascun complessivo tubazione (lato sinistro) (2).

4. Posizionare la fascetta stringitubo (10) sul complessivo
tubazione (lato sinistro) (2) e fissarlo con il bullone di
tipo Sems (8).
• Fissare la fascetta per tubi (10) su un punto a
102.00 mm (4.02 in) dall'estremitĂ anteriore del
complessivo tubazione (sinistro) (2).
• Applicare LOCTITE® (9) al bullone tipo Sems (8).
Fissare il complessivo tubazione (lato destro) (1) con
la stessa procedura.

5. Montare 1 tappo (6) sul ciascun complessivo tubazione
(lato destro) (4) e su ciascun complessivo tubazione
(lato sinistro) (5).

En este documento, el sĂmbolo “*” indica que la pieza está
montada en la máquina.
Elementos necesarios:
• Llaves ( 10 mm, 13 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm, 22 mm,
27 mm, 36 mm y 41 mm)
• Llave hexagonal ( 8 mm)
• Destornillador Phillips (n.º 3)
• Cizallas, tijeras
• Trapo
1. Coloque la máquina.
• Ponga la máquina en una superficie sólida y nive-
lada, extienda totalmente el cilindro de la cuchara y
el cilindro del brazo, y baje la pluma hasta que la
parte superior del brazo toque en el suelo.

2. Ponga la llave de contacto (a) en "OFF" (Apagado),
asegĂşrese de que se ha detenido el motor y ponga de
nuevo la llave en "ON" (Encendido). (No arranque el
motor).
